LASER VERIFICATION SERVICES

We have a team capable of performing any measure of geometry and angular verification.

All our Rotary Tables are accompanied by their corresponding Verification Technical Sheets, with geometry and angular verification.

The angular verifications are carried out by a Renishaw Interferometric Laser System with which we can measure angularity, positioning, straightness, etc. of different types of machine tools both at our facilities and at the customer’s premises.

 

VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE RULES:

We submit all our Rotary Tables to detailed and accurate verifications which certify compliance with the following standards:

Standard UNE15300-2: 2000

Standard for Machine Tools. Machine tool verification code. Part 2: Determination of the accuracy and repeatability of positioning of machine tools with numerical control.

Standard UNE15450-2: 2004

Standard for Machine Tools. Test conditions of machining centers. Part 2: Geometric tests of machining centers with main axis of the vertical head or with universal heads with main axis of vertical rotation (vertical Z axis).

Standard VDI/DGQ 3441

German Standard that performs statistical tests on the operational and positional precision of machine tools.

The VDI/DGQ 3441 Standard is used as a standard for precision measurement in machining centers, Rotary Tables, etc..
